When I don't have access to my reference guides, or if I am on my laptop, I will usually Google my grammar question. My favorite online sources are Purdue OWL, Grammar Girl, and GrammarBook.com. I like how quick an online search has become. I can look up my exact error and not have to know what rule or grammar section it would fit under. I have gotten to know my reference books well, but I still look up a lot of examples online. It is also helpful to get additional information if what the book offers doesn't quite make sense. It's helpful that most of these websites color coordinate phrases and sentence structure so that errors and corrections easily stand out.
This was posted as a joke online. This sign should probably have the plural employees. Also the quotation marks are unnecessary and make a weird implication.
